By downloading or using the GraceVoice mobile application (the “App”),

By using the App, you confirm that:

– You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
– You are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
GraceVoice reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts
if we reasonably believe a user is under 18 years of age.

During account creation, users must confirm that they are at least
18 years of age. Providing false information regarding age
constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate
account termination.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

GraceVoice is an AI-powered faith companion application offering
spiritual encouragement, Bible-based discussions, and AI-generated
faith conversations.
The App is designed to provide inspirational and faith-centered dialogue.
It does not replace human relationships, clergy, licensed professionals,
or community-based spiritual guidance.

CONVERSATION DATA & RETENTION

GraceVoice may temporarily store conversation transcripts
to generate responses and maintain short-term conversational context.
Full verbatim transcripts are not retained indefinitely.
To enhance personalization and continuity of experience,
GraceVoice may retain limited structured summaries, preferences,
and non-sensitive contextual notes derived from conversations.
Conversation data may be periodically deleted, anonymized,
or aggregated in accordance with internal data retention practices.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data

GraceVoice provides AI-generated responses intended for
inspirational, faith-based, and informational purposes only.
GraceVoice is not:
– A licensed therapist

– A substitute for professional psychological or psychiatric care
If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns,
thoughts of self-harm, or a crisis situation, you should seek
immediate assistance from a licensed professional or local

Use of the App does not create a therapist-client, clergy-client,
or fiduciary relationship.
